10' x 10' @$795 through March 31st 2007 (commercial); From April 1st, 2007: $895

10' x 10' @$595 through March 31st 2007 (non-profit organizations); From April 1st, 2007: $695

10' x 20' @$1,295 through March 31st 2007; From April 1st, 2007: $1,495

Each 10' x 10' Booth includes

6' draped table and chair (additional chair available on request)

Standard 110v electricity included; fee for additional power

75-word online summary with photo and company logo

listing/booth location in printed program (deadline April 2nd, 2007)

Estimated Attendance/Target Population

1,000 attendees representing industrial, government, academic sectors in the Tri-state region (Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana) as well as Michigan. In addition, Members of the general public and high school instructors/administrators will be invited to view guest chemical education presenters on Sunday, May 20th.

 

Space Assignment Procedure

CERMACS 2007 will endeavor to honor space choices as noted on the contract in order of preference(s) indicated. Booth assignments are based in order of the date finalized contracts are received (signed with method of payment) via email/fax/mail to establish exhibitor rank. In the event an exhibitor's preferred space(s) have been assigned previously or in error, CERMACS 2007 reserves the right to assign space as determined by the exhibit chairs.

As set-up is on Sunday May 20th, booth shipments must be made to the Advance Warehouse using the following format:
